- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of reinforcement detailing principles and structural drawings.
- Practical experience with US, UK, and/or Canadian rebar detailing standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant rebar detailing software, such as RebarCAD or equivalent.
- Positive understanding of Bar Bending Schedules, reinforcement shapes, laps, hooks, bends, and concrete cover requirements.
- Strong checking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
