Job Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit candidates for field sales positions.
- Conduct candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and local hiring.
- Follow up with candidates until joining.
- Coordinate with HR and the sales team for interviews and onboarding.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.
- Meet weekly/monthly recruitment targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Recruitment or field-sales hiring experience preferred.
- Target-oriented with good follow-up skills.
- Willingness to travel for recruitment activities.
