The Senior Project Manager – Technical & Operations will lead and coordinate construction projects from foundation to final handover. The role involves project planning, site supervision, technical coordination, structural and RCC work monitoring, estimation, BOQ preparation, billing oversight, quality control, cost management, and client coordination. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating site teams, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are executed according to approved specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and agreed timelines. The position requires at least five years of relevant experience, a B.Tech/M.Tech in Civil Engineering, strong leadership abilities, and proficiency in relevant construction and engineering software.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
