Job Title: Fabrication Fitter

Job Location: Mandideep, Bhopal
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Experience: 3–5 Years
Qualification: ITI Fitter
Job Type: Full-time, In office

We are looking for a skilled Fabrication Fitter for a manufacturing company. The candidate should have good knowledge of engineering drawing reading, fabrication processes, machine operation, fitting, and assembly. The ability to coordinate with a team and ensure quality work is essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, and technical designs.
- Perform fitting, marking, measurement, and assembly according to drawings.
- Operate fabrication machines and workshop tools.
- Ensure proper alignment, accuracy, and quality of fabricated components.
- Coordinate with fitters, welders, and helpers to complete production work.
- Monitor work progress and maintain workplace safety standards.

Requirements

- ITI in Fitter trade.




- 3–5 years of relevant experience in fabrication or manufacturing.
- Good knowledge of engineering drawing reading and interpretation.
- Hands-on experience with fabrication machines and fitting tools.
- Knowledge of measurement, alignment, and assembly.
- Team handling experience preferred.
- AutoCAD knowledge is not mandatory; the candidate must be able to read engineering drawings and work accordingly.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in transformer manufacturing, steel fabrication, structural fabrication, or industrial manufacturing will be preferred.
