Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist (BDS/MDS) to provide high-quality dental care to patients. The ideal candidate will diagnose and treat dental issues, perform routine and complex procedures, and ensure excellent patient experience and oral health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Examine, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients
- Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, RCTs, scaling, and polishing
- Conduct advanced procedures (for MDS) as per specialization
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
- Ensure compliance with sterilization and safety protocols
- Collaborate with dental assistants and clinic staff
Requirements:
- BDS/MDS degree from a recognized institution
- Valid dental registration/license
- Solid clinical and communication skills
- Patient-focused approach with attention to detail
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with modern dental equipment and digital tools
- Ability to handle pediatric and geriatric cases
- Good interpersonal and counseling skills
