Senior Architect

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Project Architect with 3-5+ years of experience in architecture and interior projects. The candidate should have strong design skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage projects and coordinate with clients and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage architectural and interior projects from initial discussion to completion.
- Lead the project design team and coordinate with architects and interior designers.
- Understand client requirements, project scope, budget and timelines.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, structural engineers, vendors and site teams.
- Review and approve drawings, 3D designs, BOQ and project documentation.
- Conduct regular site visits and monitor project execution.
- Resolve design, technical and site-related issues.
- Coordinate design changes and obtain necessary client approvals.
- Monitor project progress, quality and timelines.
- Handle client presentations, negotiations and project discussions.
- Support business development and sales by preparing project proposals and design presentations.
- Ensure smooth coordination between design, sales, procurement and execution teams.





Eligibility

- Qualification: B.Arch./B.Sc Des
- Experience: 3–5+ years in Architecture / Interior Projects.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD 2D & 3D, SketchUp, and Enscape / D5 / Lumion.
- Good understanding of architectural drawings, materials, finishes, furniture, and space planning.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.
- PF + ESI.
