IT Sales Executive

Job Description
We are looking for an IT Sales Executive to identify potential clients, generate business opportunities, and sell IT services and digital solutions to businesses. The role involves prospecting, client communication, understanding business requirements, presenting suitable services, and converting leads into customers.

Key responsibilities include:

- Identify and approach potential clients, business owners, founders, and decision-makers
- Generate leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels
- Promote IT services such as website development, software development, digital marketing, and other business solutions
- Understand client requirements, business challenges, budgets, and project expectations
- Explain service offerings, prepare proposals, and coordinate quotations
- Follow up with prospects, handle basic objections, and support sales negotiations
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for additional services
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM or Google Sheets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and client handover
- Work toward monthly lead-generation, sales, and revenue targets

Experience
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in IT sales,



inside sales, B2B sales, business development, or service-based sales preferred.
