Position Overview

The Master Trainer will lead training delivery, curriculum development, practical lab setup, and trainee assessment for Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, and Internet of Things (IoT) job roles. The trainer must ensure compliance with SSC/NSQF norms, maintain high‑quality training standards, and support placement‑linked outcomes.

Eligibility & Qualification Requirements1. Educational Qualification

- B.Tech / B.E / M.Tech / MCA / M.Sc (IT / CS / Electronics)
- OR BCA + 5 years relevant experience
- OR Industry-certified skilled with strong domain expertise

2. Mandatory Certifications (any one in each domain)

- AI / Data Science:
- TensorFlow Certification
- Microsoft AI Fundamentals
- AWS Machine Learning Specialty
- Cybersecurity:
- CEH / CompTIA Security+
- Cisco CyberOps
- Any SOC / SIEM certification
- IoT:
- Arduino / ESP32 Certification
- AWS IoT
- Embedded Systems / PCB Design certification

3. Experience

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in AI / ML / Cybersecurity / IoT
- Minimum 2 years of experience in training / teaching / mentoring
- Experience in Skill Development Projects preferred (DDU‑GKY / PMKVY / State Missions)

4. Skills Required

- Strong command over Python, Machine Learning, Neural Networks, Data Processing
- Hands‑on experience with Cybersecurity tools (Kali Linux, Wireshark, Metasploit, SIEM)
- Practical knowledge of IoT hardware (ESP32, Arduino, sensors, actuators)
- Ability to design lab activities, projects, and assessments
- Excellent communication & classroom management skills




- Ability to guide trainees for placement, internships, and industry projects

Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Delivery

- Deliver high‑quality training sessions in AI, Cybersecurity, and IoT
- Conduct practical labs, hands‑on exercises, and real‑time projects
- Ensure training is aligned with NSQF Level and SSC curriculum

Curriculum & Lab Setup

- Develop lesson plans, training modules, and project assignments
- Set up and maintain AI/ML lab, Cybersecurity lab, and IoT hardware lab
- Ensure availability of tools, software, and hardware for trainees

Assessment & Evaluation

- Conduct internal assessments, quizzes, practical tests
- Prepare trainees for SSC assessments
- Maintain training records, attendance, and progress reports

Compliance & Documentation

- Ensure compliance with DDU‑GKY / PMKVY / State Skill Mission guidelines
- Maintain training documentation, batch files, and audit‑ready records
- Support mobilization, counseling, and placement activities

Industry Engagement

- Guide trainees on career paths in AI, Cybersecurity, and IoT
- Coordinate with employers for OJT, internships, and placements

Higher salary for candidates with CEH / AWS / TensorFlow / Cisco certifications

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
