Job Overview

Full Power Media Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced LinkedIn Specialist to manage and grow our LinkedIn presence, develop professional content, support B2B lead generation, and build meaningful connections with relevant audiences.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with LinkedIn profile and company page management, content creation, audience research, LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize LinkedIn profiles and company pages.
- Develop and execute LinkedIn content strategies based on business objectives.
- Create, schedule and publish professional and engaging LinkedIn content.
- Research relevant industries, companies, professionals and target audiences.
- Identify potential B2B prospects and relevant business opportunities through LinkedIn.
- Plan and execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
- Manage prospect follow-ups and maintain organized outreach records.
- Monitor content performance, engagement, reach and follower growth.
- Track lead generation and outreach performance using relevant metrics.
- Research competitors, industry trends and LinkedIn content strategies.
- Engage with relevant audiences and build professional relationships.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Test different content and outreach approaches and optimize campaigns based on results.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2+ years of relevant experience in LinkedIn marketing, social media marketing, digital marketing,



lead generation or a related role.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn's platform, content formats and engagement practices.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and B2B lead generation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create clear, professional and engaging LinkedIn content.
- Good research and analytical skills.
- Understanding of B2B marketing and professional networking.
- Ability to track campaign performance and interpret basic marketing metrics.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

- Experience managing LinkedIn profiles and company pages.
- Experience with B2B prospecting and lead generation.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools.
- Experience using analytics or reporting tools to measure LinkedIn performance.
- Understanding of content marketing and social media growth strategies.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized and comfortable working independently on LinkedIn marketing and outreach activities. Candidates with a demonstrated track record in LinkedIn growth, B2B lead generation, outreach and content management are encouraged to apply.

Candidates should be comfortable working full-time from our office in Oshiwara, Jogeshwari West, Mumbai.
