Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Xstore Developer with solid hands-on experience in Oracle Retail Xstore POS development, implementation, customization, and support. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of Xstore architecture, Java development, retail business processes, and integrations with retail enterprise systems.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining scalable Oracle Xstore POS solutions to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and customize Oracle Retail Xstore POS applications.
- Work with Xstore architecture, Xstore Office, POSLog, Extension Framework, business components, event listeners, and transaction workflows.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
- Customize Xstore JET UI, including screens, dashboards, forms, and user experience enhancements.
- Develop and maintain solutions using Java, Spring Framework, REST APIs, SOAP services, XML, JSON, SQL, and Oracle Database technologies.
- Design and develop integrations with ERP, inventory, pricing, loyalty, customer management, payment, and omnichannel platforms.
- Support retail business processes, including sales, returns, exchanges, promotions, loyalty, inventory, and store operations.
- Perform solution design,



fit-gap analysis, impact assessment, code reviews, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
- Provide production support and resolve technical issues.
- Support SIT, UAT, deployments, upgrades, migrations, store rollouts, hypercare, and post-production stabilization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions in global retail environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 8–10 years of IT experience, with at least 7.5 years of relevant Oracle Retail Xstore POS development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Retail Xstore POS development, implementation, and customization.
- In-depth knowledge of Xstore architecture, Xstore Office, POSLog, and the Extension Framework.
- Strong programming skills in Java and experience with the Spring Framework.
- Proficiency in REST APIs, SOAP services, XML, JSON, SQL, and Oracle Database.
- Experience with retail system integrations and POS transaction workflows.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working with global retail clients and distributed teams.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Oracle Xstore upgrades and modernization programs.
- Knowledge of POSLog and DTX messaging.
- Experience with XOCS/SIOCS integrations.
- Exposure to large-scale retail transformation initiatives.

Pay: ₹1,053,000.00 - ₹1,950,000.00 per year
