About the Role
MAP IT Solutions is looking for motivated and enthusiastic freshers to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is a great opportunity for candidates who are interested in Recruitment, HR, and Talent Acquisition and want to start their career in the HR field.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media.
- Conduct initial candidate screening calls.
- Understand candidate profiles and job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and the hiring team.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status.
- Maintain candidate information and recruitment records.
- Support the recruitment team in achieving hiring targets.
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good English communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment is an advantage.
- Good confidence and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in a night/US shift.
- Personal laptop is mandatory for work.
- Stable Wi-Fi/internet connection is mandatory.
- Minimum internet speed required: 100 Mbps.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
