Job Description

Cosmetica India is looking for an experienced Billing Operator to manage daily billing operations, payment entries, and transaction records at our clinic.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate bills and invoices accurately.
- Operate billing software and computer systems.
- Handle cash, UPI, card, and other payment methods.
- Maintain daily billing records and payment entries.
- Verify bills, receipts, and transaction details.
- Maintain daily sales and collection reports.
- Coordinate with the reception and accounts team.
- Ensure accurate and timely billing operations.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience as a Billing Operator or in a similar role.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
- Experience with billing software is preferred.
- Positive numerical and record-keeping skills.
- Attention to detail and a responsible attitude.
