Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead IT and Non-IT recruitment, manage day-to-day HR operations, and handle employee grievances. The ideal candidate should have solid recruitment skills, employee management experience, and the ability to resolve workplace issues professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end IT and Non-IT recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate interview rounds.
- Handle multiple job openings and ensure timely closures.
- Manage employee grievances, complaints, and workplace conflicts.
- Monitor attendance, leave, punctuality, and employee discipline.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and recruitment trackers.
- Handle onboarding, exit formalities, warning letters, and disciplinary procedures.




- Implement HR policies and coordinate employee-related matters with management.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure fair resolution of employee concerns.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
- Strong experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment.
- Good knowledge of job portals, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.
- Experience in employee grievance handling and conflict resolution.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of HR policies and basic labour laws.
- Ability to manage recruitment targets and HR responsibilities independently.
