Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Marine Documentation & Compliance Executive to manage marine documentation, vessel certificates, statutory records, and compliance-related activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in the marine, offshore, or shipping industry and a good understanding of vessel documentation and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle marine and Master Mariner-related documentation.
- Review, maintain, and track marine certificates and statutory documents.
- Coordinate documentation related to vessel inspections and audits.
- Maintain compliance records and ensure documents are properly organised and updated.




- Coordinate with relevant teams and stakeholders regarding documentation and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- 1–2 years of experience in the marine, offshore, or shipping industry preferred.
- Knowledge of marine certificates and statutory documentation.
- Good documentation, coordination, and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Knowledge of ISM, ISPS, and MLC requirements will be an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

- Diploma or degree in Nautical Science, Marine Engineering, or a related maritime field.
- Previous experience with shipping companies, ship management firms, or classification societies.
