Lesson Planning: Prepare lesson plans according to the CBSE curriculum and the school's academic schedule. Classroom Management: Maintain discipline, create a positive learning workplace, and ensure the active participation of all students. Student Development: Focus on students' reading, writing, speaking, spelling, vocabulary, basic mathematics, and general knowledge. Activity-Based Learning: Organise educational activities, storytelling, quizzes, group discussions, and creative exercises to make learning engaging. Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct class tests, check notebooks, evaluate assignments, and maintain students' academic progress records. Homework and Classwork: Assign appropriate homework, check classwork regularly, and provide constructive feedback.
