- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress and performance.
- Address parent queries, complaints, and feedback promptly.
- Follow up on absenteeism, irregular practice, and student concerns.
- Coordinate with teachers to ensure effective parent communication.
- Build solid parent relationships to improve satisfaction and trust.
2. Student Retention & Centre Growth
- Monitor student retention, fee renewals, and discontinuations.
- Proactively engage parents to prevent dropouts and improve retention.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert prospective parents into admissions.
- Encourage parent referrals and identify new admission opportunities.
- Track renewals, admissions, and retention targets through regular reports.
- Implement strategies to improve student engagement and centre growth.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
