Role and Responsibilities :

- Service Reminders & Calling:
- Contact customers for scheduled, periodic, free, and paid vehicle service reminders.
- Make high-volume daily calls (e.g., target quotas often track 100+ calls per day, fresh calls, and conversion targets for service appointments).
- Appointment Generation:
- Convert reminder calls into confirmed workshop service appointments.
- Coordinate scheduling with Service Advisors and the workshop floor team.
- Post-Service & Feedback Follow-ups:
- Call customers post-service to collect satisfaction feedback and resolve or escalate complaints.
- Data & Reporting:
- Maintain and update customer records and CRM/dealership software.
- Prepare daily/weekly service marketing and conversion reports for management (Customer Care Manager / General Manager).
- Value-Added Services (VAS):
- Inform customers about active dealership packages, extended warranties, insurance renewals, and promotional offers.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
