Our teams drive innovation in product design, lifecycle validation, and production scalability—working at the intersection of mechanical engineering, materials science, and Industry 4.0 technologies.

Role & Responsibilities

- Design, model, and validate mechanical components and assemblies using CAD (SolidWorks, CATIA, or AutoCAD) for manufacturing and prototyping.
- Conduct DFMEA, tolerance stack-up analysis, and root-cause failure investigations to optimize product reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Production, Suppliers) to translate design intent into manufacturable, cost-effective solutions.
- Lead material selection, prototype testing, and validation against thermal, structural,



and fatigue performance criteria.
- Support production ramp-up by resolving assembly line issues, creating work instructions, and conducting PFMEA studies.
- Document engineering changes, maintain BOMs, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and industry-specific standards.
