Job Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Monitor vital signs and assess patients' conditions regularly.
- Operate and monitor ventilators, infusion pumps, and other ICU equipment.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Assist doctors during emergency procedures and critical interventions.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Follow infection control protocols and hospital safety standards.
- Coordinate with doctors and the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Sc. Nursing qualification is mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant ICU nursing experience.
- Hands-on experience in ventilator management and critical patient monitoring.
- Robust clinical, communication, and patient-care skills.
- Willingness to work 12-hour rotational shifts.
