Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead the organization's end-to-end recruitment function by developing hiring strategies, attracting top talent, and ensuring timely recruitment across all departments. The role requires solid stakeholder management, employer branding, workforce planning, and recruitment analytics capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower planning to onboarding.
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, campus recruitment, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and networking.
- Screen, interview, evaluate, and shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, salary negotiations, and offer management.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Develop employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire,



offer acceptance rate, and quality of hire.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and hiring standards.
- Support onboarding and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Maintain recruitment databases, applicant tracking systems, and MIS reports.

Desired Skills

- Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and talent acquisition strategies.
- Excellent interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills.
- Experience using ATS platforms, job portals, and LinkedIn recruitment tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and improve hiring efficiency.

Qualification

- Master's degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- Relevant certifications in HR, Talent Acquisition, Business Development, or Labour Laws will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/Recruitment Management Systems.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
