Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate with government departments, local authorities, and statutory bodies for approvals and permissions.
- Follow up on building approvals, planning permissions, NOCs, licenses, and other statutory requirements.
- Liaise with relevant authorities for documentation, submissions, and approval processes.
- Maintain records of applications, approvals, permits, and other statutory documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and external agencies to ensure timely completion of approval procedures.
- Track approval status and provide regular updates to management.
- Visit government offices and project sites as required.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and documentation requirements.
- Handle other liaison-related activities assigned by management.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in liaison activities, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
- Good knowledge of government approval procedures and statutory documentation.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to maintain documentation and manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to travel to government offices and project sites as required.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with prior experience handling building approvals, planning permissions, and coordination with local authorities in the construction or real estate sector will be preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
