We are looking for a proactive and target-driven LinkedIn Outreach Specialist to generate qualified business leads, build qualified connections, and schedule discovery calls through LinkedIn.

Working Hours: 3 hours per day
Monthly Fixed Pay: ₹7,500 to start

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with relevant prospects, business owners, founders, and decision-makers on LinkedIn.
- Send personalized outreach messages and manage follow-ups.
- Engage with relevant industry posts through meaningful comments.
- Qualify prospects, generate leads, and schedule discovery calls.
- Track outreach activities, leads, follow-ups, and results using spreadsheets or CRM tools.

Requirements

- Hands-on experience in LinkedIn outreach, B2B lead generation, appointment setting, or outbound sales.
- Strong written English communication and professional messaging skills.
- Knowledge of prospect research, lead qualification, and follow-up strategies.
- Self-motivated, consistent, and comfortable working towards targets.
- Ability to work independently for 3 hours daily.

Preferred: Experience in IT services, digital marketing, SaaS, or other B2B industries.

Compensation & Performance
Fixed monthly pay starts at ₹7,500,



with a potential revision to ₹12,500 based on performance.

One-time 5% commission on eligible deals closed through your sourced leads, payable after the client receives payment.

Performance will be assessed based on lead quality, qualified opportunities, meetings booked, and contribution to closed deals.
