Role Overview We are looking for energetic, confi dent, and target-oriented Business Development Executives to promote and sell training programs offered by Merida Skill Learning Academy.

The role involves both:

B2C Sales – Converting students, job seekers, graduates, and working professionals into admissions.

B2B Sales – Connecting with colleges, institutions, corporates, and organizations to sell training programs, workshops, internships, placement training, and upskilling solutions.

This is an entry-level chance suitable for freshers who are passionate about sales, communication, marketing, and career growth.

Candidates should be comfortable with calling, counselling, lead follow-up, client meetings, presentations, and achieving admission/sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Student Admissions & Counselling (B2C)

● Contact and follow up with student leads generated from campaigns, walk-ins, references, and enquiries.

● Explain courses, career opportunities, certifi cations, placements, and fee structures.

● Counsel students and parents regarding suitable training programs.

● Convert enquiries into admissions.

● Maintain proper follow-up until admission closure.

● Support fee collection and documentation process.

Institutional & Corporate Sales (B2B)

● Connect with colleges for workshops, seminars, placement training,



internships, and skill development programs.

● Reach out to corporates for employee upskilling and training requirements.

● Schedule meetings and presentations with institutions and HR departments.

● Build partnerships with colleges and companies.

Lead Management

● Handle inbound and outbound calls.

● Generate referrals and new leads.

● Maintain CRM and lead status updates.

● Ensure timely follow-up of all enquiries.

Marketing & Promotion

● Participate in promotional activities, education fairs, seminars, and events.

● Support digital campaign follow-up.

● Promote academy brand awareness in local markets and colleges.

Target Achievement

● Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

● Meet daily calling and follow-up targets.

● Improve conversion ratio and student satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifi cation

● Any Degree / Final Year Students / Freshers can apply

● MBA/BBA graduates preferred but not mandatory

● Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
