# Retail Sales Executive – Ladies Handbags & Luggage

### Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused **Retail Sales Executive** to join our team specializing in **ladies' handbags, luggage, travel bags, backpacks, wallets, and related accessories**.

The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable products, achieving sales targets, maintaining attractive product displays, and providing an excellent in-store shopping experience.

### Key Responsibilities

* Welcome customers and understand their handbag, luggage, or travel requirements.

* Recommend products based on customer preferences, budget, style, size, and usage.

* Explain product features, materials, quality, capacity, warranty, and pricing.

* Demonstrate luggage features such as wheels, handles, compartments, locks, and expandable sections.

* Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.

* Promote **upselling and cross-selling** of handbags, luggage, wallets, backpacks, and travel accessories.

* Maintain attractive and organized product displays and ensure proper visual merchandising.

* Keep shelves and displays adequately stocked and neatly arranged.

* Handle customer questions, complaints, exchanges, and returns professionally.

* Assist customers with billing, payments, and POS transactions.

* Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the store/inventory team for replenishment.

* Keep the showroom clean, organized, and customer-ready.

* Inform customers about new arrivals, promotions, discounts, and offers.

* Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.

* Maintain accurate sales and stock-related records.





* Follow company policies, store procedures, and customer-service standards.

### Requirements

* Minimum 12th pass; graduation is an advantage.

* Previous experience in **retail sales, handbags, luggage, fashion, lifestyle, or accessories** is preferred.

* Freshers(Minimum Graduation) with good communication and a solid interest in retail sales may also apply.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Customer-friendly and confident personality.

* Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.

* Target-oriented and willing to work on sales incentives.

* Basic knowledge of POS/billing systems is an advantage.

* Well-groomed and professional appearance.

* Willingness to work on weekends and during busy shopping periods.
