- Prepare property valuation reports using prescribed bank formats and templates.
- Compile and organise property details, site inspection inputs, photographs and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with field engineers for missing information and report clarifications.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency and completeness of data in reports.
- Review reports for discrepancies, formatting issues and compliance with client requirements.
- Complete assigned reports within stipulated turnaround times (TAT).
