Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to drive sales of premium architectural and door hardware products, including door handles, knobs, locks, hinges and other builder hardware. The ideal candidate should have an established network of architects, interior designers, builders, developers, contractors and dealers.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular meetings with architects, interior designers, builders, developers and contractors to promote our product range.
- Generate business from residential, commercial, hospitality and real estate projects.
- Promote and sell door handles, knobs, locks, hinges and other architectural hardware products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, builders and key project clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into confirmed orders.
- Arrange product presentations, samples and meetings with prospective clients.
- Follow up on quotations, negotiations, project approvals and order closures.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales reports,



maintain a project pipeline and ensure achievement of revenue targets.
- Travel for client meetings and project visits whenever required.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 7–10 years of relevant sales experience in architectural hardware, door hardware or building materials.
- Proven experience in selling door handles, knobs, locks, hinges or similar hardware products.
- Robust existing contacts with architects, builders, interior designers and developers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to independently conduct client meetings and close business deals.
- Experience in project sales, dealer development and B2B sales.
- Good knowledge of the architectural hardware and construction industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting.
- Willingness to travel for business development and client meetings.

Preferred Candidates: Professionals currently working with architectural hardware, door hardware, lock manufacturers, premium building materials or related industries.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
