Pixobox Art Studio is a creative and digital studio serving clients in Dubai, the UK, the US and Australia across e-commerce, real estate, sports, beauty, food and hospitality. Our services include website design, video editing, motion graphics, AI video, application design and brand identity.

Role Overview

We are hiring 1-2 Digital Marketing Specialists to generate and qualify high-quality leads for our studio. You will run Meta Ads, manage budgets across markets, and support lead generation through email marketing and SEO.

Responsibilities

- Plan, launch and optimise Meta Ads (Instagram and Facebook) to generate qualified leads
- Run country-specific campaigns for the UAE, UK, US and Australia
- Plan and manage ad budgets to maximise ROI
- Track and improve CPL, CTR, CPA and lead-to-client conversion
- Qualify and filter leads, and work with the sales team to improve lead quality
- Execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation and nurture sequences




- Implement SEO to grow organic traffic and inbound enquiries
- Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, landing pages and emails
- Set up tracking (Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4, UTM) and share performance reports

Requirements

- Proven experience running Meta Ads and generating leads, preferably for international markets
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing, budgeting and funnel optimisation
- Hands-on experience with email marketing and automation tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot or similar)
- Working knowledge of SEO and tools such as Search Console, Semrush or Ahrefs
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- Experience with CRM and lead management
- Strong analytical skills and excellent English communication
- Comfortable using AI tools for ad copy and workflow efficiency

Valuable to Have

- Experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Experience marketing creative or agency services
- Experience with Middle East, UK, US or Australian markets
