Your work profile:

- We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Systems (PS) Consultant with strong expertise in project planning, execution, monitoring, budgeting, and cost management processes.
- The candidate should possess hands-on experience in SAP PS configuration, implementation, rollout, support, and integration with other SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PM, and PP.
- Configure and support SAP Project Systems processes including:
- Project Definition
- Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
- Network Activities
- Milestones
- Resource Planning
- Budgeting and Cost Planning
- Project Settlement
- Revenue Recognition
- Progress Tracking and Reporting
- Conduct business requirement gathering and fit-gap analysis sessions.
- Design and implement end-to-end project management solutions.
- Configure project profiles, coding masks, status profiles, and settlement rules.
- Support project lifecycle management from planning through closure.

- Project Costing & Financial Integration

- Manage project budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes.
- Configure integration between SAP PS and:
- FI (Financial Accounting)
- CO (Controlling)




- MM (Materials Management)
- SD (Sales & Distribution)
- PM (Plant Maintenance)
- Support capital investment and asset capitalization processes.
- Handle project settlement to cost centers, fixed assets, profitability segments, and internal orders.

- Implementation & Support Activities

- Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects.
- Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
- Perform unit testing, SIT, UAT, and defect management.
- Support data migration and cutover activities.
- Provide post-go-live support and user training.

Key skills required:

- 5-12 Years of SAP functional experience
- Robust experience in SAP PS configuration and support.
- Expertise in:
- Project Structuring (WBS & Networks), Project Planning and Scheduling
- Budgeting and Cost Planning, Progress Analysis
- Resource Management, Project Settlement
- Revenue Recognition, Earned Value Management (EVM)

- Experience in integration with FI, CO, MM, SD, PM, and Asset Accounting.
- Understanding of project accounting and capital project management processes.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in SAP S/4HANA Project Systems.
- Exposure to:
- SAP Portfolio & Project Management (PPM)
- SAP Commercial Project Management (CPM)
- Investment Management (IM)
- Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management (EPPM)
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications.
- Experience in large-scale EPC, manufacturing, engineering, construction, utilities, or infrastructure projects.
- SAP PS Certification is preferred.
