Social Media Lead Generation Executive

We are looking for a Social Media Lead Generation Executive to identify businesses looking for digital marketing and IT services through social media platforms and online communities. The role focuses on finding potential clients, initiating personalized conversations, and generating qualified sales opportunities rather than managing regular social media posts.

Key responsibilities include:

- Find potential clients through LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, Reddit, Quora, and relevant business communities.
- Monitor posts and discussions from businesses seeking Google Ads, SEO, website development, social media marketing, and lead generation services.
- Research business owners, founders, directors, and marketing decision-makers.
- Identify buying signals such as businesses launching new ventures, expanding operations, hiring marketing professionals, or seeking help with marketing challenges.
- Engage with relevant posts and initiate personalized conversations through comments and direct messages.
- Use prospect research and personalized outreach to build meaningful business relationships.
- Qualify interested prospects and share relevant opportunities with the sales team.
- Maintain prospect details, conversation history, and follow-ups in spreadsheets or CRM tools.




- Focus on qualified leads and genuine business opportunities rather than the number of messages sent.

Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience in social media lead generation, LinkedIn outreach, social selling, or B2B prospecting preferred.
