Job Description
Build, install and dismantle formwork and shuttering for concrete structures, and do general site carpentry under a Carpenter Foreman.

Key Responsibilities

- Measure, cut and assemble formwork for beams, columns, slabs and foundations
- Ensure formwork is aligned, braced and secure before concrete pouring
- Strip formwork safely after authorisation
- Maintain and reuse formwork materials
- Coordinate with steel fixers, masons and other trades
- Follow safety procedures, wear PPE and use approved scaffolds

Candidate Profile

- 2+ years of carpentry or shuttering experience
- Able to read basic drawings and use hand and power tools




- ITI Carpenter or trade certificate is an advantage
- UAE/GCC experience preferred
- Furniture-only carpenters may apply, but shuttering roles require formwork experience
- Must pass a practical trade test
