Zonal Manager – North Kerala

Territories covered:

(Thrissur, Palakkad, Malappuram, Kozhikode, Wayanad, Kannur)

. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve zonal sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Manage, guide, and monitor the performance of sales teams across the assigned territory.
- Expand the dealer, distributor, retailer, and customer network.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key customers.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor sales activities and support the sales team.
- Ensure effective follow-up of leads, quotations, orders, payments, and customer enquiries.
- Drive sales growth and improve market penetration across the assigned zone.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing, stock availability, and customer service.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain robust customer relationships and resolve sales-related issues promptly.

Eligibility Criteria

- Educational Qualification: Graduation is mandatory.




- Minimum 7 years of relevant sales experience.
- Must have previously worked in a managerial sales position, with experience handling sales teams and territories.
- Strong knowledge of sales planning, business development, and target achievement.
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive sales growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned zone.
- Good reporting, planning, and team management skills.

Salary & Benefits

- Monthly Salary: ₹35,000–₹40,000, depending on experience and suitability.
- Monthly Sales Incentives: Performance-based incentives as per the company incentive structure.
- Daily Allowance (DA): As per company policy.
- Travel Allowance (TA): As per company policy.
- Company Car: Provided for official travel and field sales activities, subject to company policy.

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
