We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to manage the overall operations, sales, student admissions, team performance, and business growth of the branch. The candidate will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, maintaining operational efficiency, and ensuring a positive student and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive enrollments, manage the sales pipeline (leads to admissions), and hit revenue targets through marketing initiatives.
- Manage and review the performance of sales, academic, counseling, and support staff.
- Partner with faculty to ensure seamless course delivery, track student attendance, and manage student feedback/retention.
- Oversee daily operations, manage branch resources/facilities, resolve escalations,



and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Visit colleges to conduct promotional sessions, secure institutional partnerships, and collect and follow up on student leads to drive enrollments.
- Analyze branch performance, submit regular reports to management, and identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with students, parents, and corporate clients.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and developing branch staff.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
