Title: Senior Accountant

Role Description
This is a full-time in office role for a Senior Accountant located at our corporate office in Raja Rajeshwari Nagar, Bengaluru. Your role requires you to work with finance teams of our clients,
auditors and our unit heads for expenses and expenditure accounting.
We need a professional with inherent leadership qualities and the attention to detail necessary to ensure accurate reporting in all areas.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate, timely financial statements in accordance with our established schedule and with input from the rest of the accounting department
- Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance
- Analyse financial statements for discrepancies and other issues that should be brought to the management’s attention
- Review all transactions and generate invoices as necessary
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts
- Coordinate and assist with conducting audits
- Conduct regular ledger maintenance
- Ensuring compliance for all departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
- 5+ years experience in general and tax accouting.
- Advanced knowledge in using MS office and Tally
- Advanced knowledge of data analysis and reporting
- Strong organizational, administrative, and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a problem-solving attitude
