Position Overview

ElevateX Now Business Service is seeking an exceptionally articulate, dynamic, and strategic Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead high-stakes corporate growth, high-level institutional networking, and government liaison operations.

This is an executive leadership-track position designed for a high-performing corporate skilled. The role moves beyond standard sales and lead generation, requiring direct interaction with corporate executives, ministry officials, and key political stakeholders to secure high-value partnerships and drive key strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Executive & Institutional Liaison: Represent the firm in high-level meetings with senior corporate executives, government representatives, and ministerial stakeholders to further strategic business objectives.
- Strategic Alliances: Identify, pitch, and execute high-value business development strategies, joint ventures, and strategic corporate partnerships.
- On-Demand Travel Execution: Travel extensively and on short notice across regional and national territories to represent the company at key meetings, industry summits, and executive negotiations.
- High-Stakes Representation:



Serve as the primary representative of the firm’s executive team, ensuring flawless brand representation, authority, and professionalism in all engagements.
- Market Intelligence & Policy Alignment: Monitor policy shifts, government initiatives, and enterprise developments to position the company strategically for maximum market impact.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

- Qualified Experience: Proven track record with corporate or high-stakes business consulting experience. High-end client-facing experience is strongly preferred.
- Communication & Presence: Impeccable command of spoken and written English. High fluency in Hindi is a strong advantage.
- Presence & Leadership: Exceptional executive presence—bold, articulate, highly confident, and comfortable commanding authority in high-level boardrooms and government offices.
- Mobility & Flexibility: Complete willingness to travel on short notice across diverse geographic locations as driven by business imperatives.
