Job Overview
We are looking for a Property Field Executive to support our property sourcing and field operations.
The role involves finding properties available for sale or rent, visiting the properties, taking clear photographs, collecting basic property details, and sharing the information with the Zorba Estates team.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit different areas across Bengaluru to identify properties.
- Find residential and commercial properties available for sale or rent.
- Coordinate with property owners and property contacts.
- Visit properties and collect basic property information.
- Take clear and good-quality photographs of the property.
- Capture rooms, exterior, entrance, parking, frontage, and other relevant areas.
- Collect basic details such as:
- Location
- Property type
- Size/area
- Sale price or rent
- Parking availability
- Owner/contact details
- Share photographs and property information with the internal team through WhatsApp/company channels.
- Coordinate with the team for property access and site visits.
- Keep property information accurate and updated.
- Complete assigned field activities within the required timelines.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 10th Pass qualification.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable travelling across Bengaluru.
- Basic smartphone and WhatsApp knowledge.
- Ability to take clear property photographs.
- Comfortable interacting with property owners.
- Willingness to work on-field.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
