Job Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and energetic Telesales Executives at MS LOAN GURU PVT LTD to guide customers regarding our loan products (Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, Mortgages, etc.) and convert qualified leads into successful applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to company-provided verified leads and explain loan offers.
- Need Assessment: Understand customer requirements, monthly income, and credit eligibility.
- Product Guidance: Educate customers on the best loan options, interest rates, and flexible repayment terms.
- Documentation & Follow-up: Collect basic documents required for loan processing and coordinate with the banking/disbursement team.
- Target Achievement: Meet monthly sales targets and maintain a healthy conversion rate.
- Customer Support: Politely address and resolve prospective customers' doubts and queries.





Requirements & Qualifications:

- Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 0–2 years (Prior experience in Banking, Finance, Insurance, or Loan Sales is a strong advantage).
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills (Fluency in Hindi is required; English or local language is a plus).
- Excellent persuasive skills and active listening abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency (working knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools).
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to handle rejections positively.
