Roles & Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

- Manage social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook.
- Create social media posts, promotional creatives, reels and other marketing content.
- Use Canva or similar tools to design graphics and promotional materials.
- Plan and publish engaging content to increase brand awareness.
- Promote solar products and government solar schemes through digital channels.

Telecalling

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads for solar installations.
- Explain solar products, services and relevant government schemes to customers.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain customer records.




- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments and convert leads.
- Maintain daily calling reports and update lead details.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of social media marketing and content creation.
- Familiarity with Canva and social media platforms.
- Positive communication skills in Hindi; basic English is preferred.
- Confidence in handling customer calls and follow-ups.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records.
- Creativity, a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Eligibility

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Candidates with digital marketing, graphic design or telecalling experience will be preferred.
- Candidates who can handle both social media activities and customer calls are encouraged to apply.
