Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Mutual Fund Distributor (MFD) to join our Wealth Management team. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring clients, understanding their financial goals, explaining mutual fund investment options, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire potential clients interested in mutual fund investments.
- Explain mutual fund products, investment options, and associated risks to clients.
- Understand clients’ financial goals and investment preferences.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into clients.
- Assist clients with investment documentation, account opening, and transaction processes.
- Monitor client portfolios and provide appropriate service support.
- Achieve monthly business targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Stay updated on mutual fund products, market trends, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable AMFI, SEBI, and other relevant regulatory guidelines.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; finance-related qualifications are an advantage.
- Experience in mutual fund distribution, financial services, banking, or sales is preferred.
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management and lead-conversion abilities.
- Basic knowledge of mutual funds and financial markets.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- NISM certification and valid AMFI registration, where applicable, are preferred or required depending on the role.
Pay: Up to ₹32,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
