Job Summary
We are looking for motivated Sales Executives to promote and sell RIB Construction ERP Software to potential customers in the construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for field sales, customer relationship management, and business development across the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell RIB Construction ERP Software to construction companies and potential clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through field visits.
- Meet prospective customers to understand their business requirements.
- Explain software features, benefits, and solutions to clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports and customer records.
Requirements
- Experience in sales or business development is preferred.
- Knowledge of software sales or the construction industry is an advantage.
- Valuable communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel for field sales across Pathanamthitta District.
- Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
