The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in speaking with customers over the phone. The selected candidate will contact potential customers, explain the company's products or services, understand customer requirements, and support the sales team in generating leads and achieving business targets. Training will be provided to help freshers learn the role. Key Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. - Explain company products or services clearly and professionally. - Identify customer needs and provide relevant information. - Generate leads and schedule follow-up calls. - Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-up activities. - Handle customer queries and basic objections politely. - Follow up with interested customers and share relevant information. - Coordinate with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. - Follow company policies and maintain professional communication standards.
