Job Brief : We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile technician to join our facilities services team in India. This role demands a multi-skilled professional capable of performing a wide range of technical maintenance, repair, and installation tasks across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation and safety of our facilities by promptly addressing technical issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and collaborating with various departments to support operational efficiency. This position requires a proactive approach, strong problem-solving abilities, and adherence to safety and compliance standards within the facilities management industry.

Responsibilities :

- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues across multiple systems, providing timely and effective repairs to minimize downtime.
- Install, test, and commission new equipment and systems in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections using company software and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with facility management and other departments to plan and execute maintenance schedules and emergency repairs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations during all maintenance and repair activities.
- Manage inventory of tools, equipment,



and spare parts, coordinating with procurement to replenish supplies as needed.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians and other team members to enhance overall team performance.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize maintenance processes and reduce operational costs.
- Respond promptly to service requests and emergencies, demonstrating flexibility and readiness to work outside regular hours when required.

Qualifications :

- Certification in relevant technical disciplines such as HVAC, electrical safety, or plumbing is highly desirable.
- Proven experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and technical documentation.
- Robust understanding of safety standards and regulatory compliance applicable to facility operations in India.
