We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Spa & Wellness Manager to lead front-of-house operations and drive service excellence at our Electronic City, Bengaluru center.

Job Summary:

As the Spa & Wellness Manager, you will serve as the face of the branch. You will manage reception operations, coordinate daily schedules with therapists, assist clients with booking inquiries, and maintain high standards of hospitality and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guest Relations & Front Desk: Welcome and assist clients with a warm, courteous, and qualified attitude to ensure an exceptional end-to-end guest experience.
- Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently handle appointments, bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations via phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and walk-ins.
- Customer Record Management: Maintain updated customer data, visit logs, and booking schedules accurately in the system.
- Billing & Cash Handling: Manage point-of-sale (POS) billing, collect payments (cash, card, UPI), and reconcile daily transaction reports.
- Staff & Daily Operations Coordination: Coordinate closely with therapists and support staff to ensure seamless daily service delivery and room readiness.
- Ambience & Hygiene Standards: Oversee the reception and lounge area to ensure it remains clean, elegant, calm,



and organized at all times.
- Service Promotion & Sales: Introduce spa packages, therapies, memberships, and seasonal offers to prospective and existing clients.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply (complete on-the-job training provided). Prior experience in front desk, hospitality, salon/spa, or customer service is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English and Kannada/Hindi.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy (MS Excel/Word, POS billing software, and WhatsApp handling).
- Professional Grooming: Well-groomed, presentable appearance with a positive, guest-first mindset.
- Work Style: Punctual, organized, and capable of multitasking in a customer-centric retail environment.

Job Details & Compensation:

- Role Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Location: Electronic City, Bengaluru, Karnataka
- Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Performance Incentives (commensurate with skills/experience)
- Schedule: Day shift / Operational spa hours
