Roles & Responsibilities

Managing both current sales pipeline and strategy for developing current business
Ability to develop proposals and presentations for new business development & Ability to nurture business opportunities and business partnerships
Identify trends & needs of customers, building pipelines based on the short/medium/long-term goals as per assigned targets
Develop strategies for new venture associations
Ability to coordinate and implement strategies for marketing & sales to achieve the strategic goals
Motivate the team, track team performance, and generate report metrics
Ability to achieve monthly assigned targets

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

Monitor. evaluate and study the industry trends of the customer and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to plan and discuss strategy
Manage proposal making, including detailed RFP, detailed content creation, and the strategic inputs from various sources
Ability to manage & generate new leads, able to identify and contact decision-makers, able to identify new business opportunities,



able to choose the deals in line with our strategy, and lead the same
Able to bid, negotiate, and close the deal to get current business as per the assigned target
Able to attend regular Networking Events, Seminars, and Presentation to generate new Business

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s / Masters in Business Management
Successful track record in Generating B2B sales, nego tiation, and achieving targets
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Working experience with IT Sales Services Company
Working Experience with IT Product based company
Proficiency with data analytics, Business forecasting, and budgeting
Proven ability to plan and manage the assigned resources

Working Hours - 10am-7am
Working Days - 6days/week
