About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented International Recruiter to recruit candidates for job opportunities across Canada and the USA. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills, confidence in speaking with candidates, and a willingness to work night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates for open positions.
- Conduct candidate outreach through calls, emails, and job portals.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with clients.
- Assess candidates’ skills, experience, and suitability.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.




- Comfortable working night shifts aligned with North American business hours.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to multitask, meet targets, and work in a team.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and experienced candidates are welcome.
