Job Summary

Pyramid Eats is looking for skilled and motivated Bakery CDP and Commis Chefs to join our food processing plant in Ambala. Candidates should have practical bakery and pastry preparation experience, maintain quality standards, and follow food safety and hygiene practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare bakery products such as breads, cakes, pastries, cookies, and other baked items as per production requirements.
- Follow standard recipes, ingredient measurements, and preparation procedures.
- Operate bakery equipment and maintain proper handling of ingredients.
- Ensure product consistency, taste, texture, appearance, and quality.
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards throughout production.
- Monitor ingredient usage, storage, and stock availability.
- Follow production schedules and minimize ingredient wastage.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and production teams to ensure timely output.
- Follow company SOPs and applicable food safety guidelines.

Position Requirements





For CDP – Bakery

- Relevant experience in bakery production and handling bakery operations independently.
- Strong knowledge of bakery techniques, recipes, and production planning.
- Ability to manage daily production, maintain quality, and guide junior team members.

For Commis – Bakery

- Basic to positive knowledge of bakery preparation and baking techniques.
- Experience in ingredient preparation, weighing, mixing, baking, and finishing.
- Willingness to learn and work according to production requirements.

Experience

Relevant bakery experience preferred. Candidates with experience in commercial bakeries, hotels, central kitchens, or food processing units may apply.
