Job Summary
Oncowin Cancer Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to provide quality patient care, assist doctors in treatment procedures, and ensure patient safety. The candidate should have sound clinical knowledge, a responsible attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients according to established hospital protocols.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes in patients’ health conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Assist doctors during clinical procedures and medical emergencies.
- Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and medication charts.
- Follow infection control practices and maintain hygiene standards.
- Educate patients and their attendants regarding treatment and care.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient management.
- Maintain proper shift handover and continuity of patient care.
- Comply with hospital policies, quality standards, and patient safety guidelines.
Educational Qualification
- GNM or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institute.
- Valid registration with the respective State Nursing Council.
Required Skills
- Strong clinical and patient-care skills.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of infection control and patient safety practices.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and handle emergencies.
- Professional, compassionate, and team-oriented approach.
Preferred Candidate
- Minimum 2 years of relevant hospital experience.
- Oncology or cancer-care experience will be an added advantage.
- Candidates who can join at short notice will be preferred.
Work Location: Oncowin Cancer Center, Nikol, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
