About the Role
We are looking for a technically proficient Civil CAD Trainer to deliver practical training in civil drafting, architectural modelling, and structural design software.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver hands-on training in AutoCAD 2D/3D and civil drafting.
* Train students in Revit Architecture, SketchUp, and 3D modelling tools.
* Provide instruction in STAAD.Pro and ETABS, as applicable.
* Cover Civil 3D, quantity estimation, and related infrastructure tools.
* Conduct practical lab sessions, assignments, and project work.
* Monitor student attendance, assessments, and learning progress.
* Prepare students for technical interviews and CAD portfolio development.
* Maintain lab records and training documentation.
Required Qualifications & Skills
* B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a relevant diploma with CAD credentials.
* 2–5+ years of combined industry and technical training experience.
* Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and civil drafting.
* Familiarity with Revit, STAAD.Pro, ETABS, Civil 3D, or SketchUp.
* Good communication, presentation, and student-handling skills.
* Relevant technical certifications will be an added advantage.
