Key Responsibilities :
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and leads.
Explain the company's services and generate potential leads.
Handle incoming calls and respond to customer queries.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Maintain daily call records and update customer databases.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into business opportunities.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and/or Bengali.
Basic computer knowledge and calling skills.
Confident, polite, and qualified telephone etiquette.
Ability to handle customer queries and follow-ups.
