We are looking for a proactive Embedded Support Engineer who is passionate about troubleshooting embedded systems, resolving customer issues, and collaborating with development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for embedded products, including firmware, hardware, and communication-related issues.
- Analyze customer-reported issues, field logs, and device data to identify root causes and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Troubleshoot embedded firmware running on microcontrollers and assist in debugging Embedded C applications.
- Collaborate with firmware, hardware, QA, and product development teams to reproduce, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Perform firmware testing, validation, and verification before deployment to ensure product reliability and performance.
- Assist customers with product configuration, firmware upgrades, and communication setup.
- Support integration of embedded devices with industrial automation and IoT platforms.
- Diagnose issues related to hardware interfaces and communication protocols.
- Prepare technical documentation,



troubleshooting guides, knowledge base articles, and issue reports.
- Participate in product testing, design discussions, and continuous product improvement initiatives.
- Provide timely technical assistance through phone, email, remote sessions, or on-site support when required.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in embedded systems development or technical support.
- Strong understanding of embedded systems architecture and microcontroller-based applications.
- Proficiency in Embedded C.
- Good understanding of Linux operating systems.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
