Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with 4–6 years of relevant experience in commercial interior fit-out projects to manage site execution, project coordination, quality, budgets, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and monitor commercial interior fit-out projects from start to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Manage site execution, manpower, materials, and resource allocation.
- Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
- Monitor project budgets, BOQs, billing, and cost control.
- Coordinate civil, carpentry, ceiling, flooring, electrical, HVAC, and finishing works.
- Conduct site inspections, track project progress, and resolve execution-related issues.




- Ensure safety compliance, snagging, and timely project handover.

Requirements

- 4–6 years of experience in commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of site execution, project planning, BOQs, and technical drawings.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet project deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to project sites in and around Bengaluru.
